Lincoln Charter Eagles (Denver, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mountain Island Charter Raptors (Mt. Holly, NC), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Lincoln Charter improves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Eagles host North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC) to face the Knights in a non-league test on Monday, August 18. The Knights go into the test with a record of 3-0. North Lincoln won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against West Iredell (Statesville, NC)

The Raptors now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy for a test on Thursday, August 28.
