Muskogee Roughers (Muskogee, OK) fans exited the stadium happy Friday as they observed their softball team get by the visiting Cushing Tigers (Cushing, OK), 7-1 in a non-league match.

The Roughers (5-1) will now prepare for their game against Chandler (Chandler, OK). The Lions enter the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Chandler edged Newkirk (Newkirk, OK), 12-0, in a non-league game.

The Tigers now hold a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Tuttle for a non-league match on Monday, August 25.
