The Tishomingo Indians softball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Wright City Lumberjax to 7 in the Indians non-league win on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Durant for a non-league challenge on Monday, August 18. Tishomingo will meet a Lions squad coming off a 14-2 non-league loss to Owasso (Owasso, OK). The Lions record now stands at 1-6.
The Lumberjax (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Smithville (Smithville, OK). The Braves go into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record.
