The Palacios Sharks topped the visiting Bloomington Bobcats/Lady Cats volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Sharks now possess a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Bay City for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 16. Palacios will play a Blackcats team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Sweeny (Sweeny, TX). The Blackcats record now stands at 3-0.

The Bobcats/Lady Cats (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Rice Consolidated (Altair, TX). The Raiders enter the non-league game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, Rice Consolidated was dropped by Brazosport (Freeport, TX), 2-0, in a non-league game.
