Borger Bulldogs (Borger, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the visiting Christ Academy Warriors (Wichita Falls, TX), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Henrietta (Henrietta, TX). The Bearcats come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Henrietta was nudged by Whitesboro (Whitesboro, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the Quanah Indians (Quanah, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 15. Christ Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Indians go into the test with a 0-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Archer City (Archer City, TX).
