The Cougars (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Hondo (Hondo, TX). The Owls come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Hondo was beaten by Randolph (Universal City, TX), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Buffaloes meet the Stacey Eagles (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 16. Fox Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Eagles come into the outing with a 0-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Karnes City (Karnes City, TX).
