South Carolina High School Volleyball - High Point Academy over Community Christian Academy

Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the High Point Academy Grizzlies (Spartanburg, SC) and the visiting Community Christian Academy Ambassadors (Martinez, GA), observed High Point Academy's volleyball team top Community Christian Academy by a count of 2-0.

The Grizzlies (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Brashier Middle College Charter (Simpsonville, SC). The Bengal enter the AA Region 1 contest with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Ambassadors battle the Newberry Academy (Newberry, SC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 15. Community Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The go into the battle with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Sandhills (Columbia, SC).
