Elgin Wildcats (Elgin, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Keystone Cobras (San Antonio, TX), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Wildcats (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Liberty (Liberty, TX). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Liberty went down by Tuloso-Midway (Corpus Christi, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Cobras now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Round Rock Christian Academy for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 19. Keystone will play a Crusaders team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Legacy Ranch (Liberty Hill, TX). The Crusaders record now stands at 5-5.
