Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Roy Royals (Roy, UT) and the visiting Granger Lancers (West Valley City, UT), observed Roy's volleyball team top Granger by a count of 2-0.

The Royals (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Draper APA (Draper, UT). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Draper APA notched a victory over Summit Academy (Bluffdale, UT), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Lancers encounter the Intermountain Christian Lions (Salt Lake City, UT) in a non-league battle, on Friday, August 15. Granger will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Lions go into the battle with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Providence Hall (Herriman, UT).
