The Los Alamitos Griffins (Los Alamitos, CA) volleyball held off the host Kalaheo Mustangs (Kailua, HI), 2-1 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Griffins now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Mililani for a non-league bout on Friday, August 15. Los Alamitos will battle a Trojans squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, NV). The Trojans record now stands at 0-1.
The Mustangs (0-3) will now prepare for their match against JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Lions enter the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, JSerra Catholic held off Stratford (Stratford, TX), 2-0, in a non-league match.
