In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Neshoba Central Rockets volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Kosciusko Whippets.
The Rockets (4-2) will now prepare for their game against South Pontotoc (Pontotoc, MS). The Cougars go into the non-league game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, South Pontotoc went down by Caledonia (Caledonia, MS), 3-1, in a non-league game.
The Whippets (2-7) will now prepare for their game against East Webster (Maben, MS). The Wolverines go into the non-league game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, East Webster gained a win over Grenada (Grenada, MS), 3-1, in a non-league game.
