Texas High School Volleyball - Marshall tips Trinity

Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Marshall Rams (San Antonio, TX) and the host Trinity Trojans (Euless, TX), observed Marshall's volleyball team hold off Trinity by a count of 2-1.

The Rams (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Rivera (Brownsville, TX). The Raiders go into the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Rivera tipped Marble Falls (Marble Falls, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

The Trojans now own a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lamar for a non-league battle on Friday, August 15. Trinity will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Copperas Cove (Copperas Cove, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 1-1.
