With the win, Southlands Christian improves its record to 6-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Bassett (La Puente, CA) to meet the Olympians in a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 16. The Olympians come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Bassett lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against West Covina (West Covina, CA)

Next, the Wolfpack meet the West Covina Bulldogs (West Covina, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 15. Maywood CES will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Bonita (La Verne, CA).
