Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the McCollum Cowboys (San Antonio, TX) and the visiting TMI-Episcopal Panthers (San Antonio, TX), observed McCollum's volleyball team hold off TMI-Episcopal by a score of 2-1.

With the win, McCollum improves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Cowboys host Providence Catholic (San Antonio, TX) to encounter the Provets in a non-league battle on Friday, August 15. The Provets go into the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Panthers now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holmes for a non-league battle on Friday, August 15. TMI-Episcopal will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Highlands (San Antonio, TX). The Huskies record now stands at 1-0.
