In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Odessa Bronchos volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Palo Duro Dons.

The Bronchos (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Fort Stockton (Fort Stockton, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Fort Stockton went down by Wink (Wink, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Dons now sport a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Amarillo for a 5A Region I District 3 challenge on Tuesday, August 19. Palo Duro will play a Sandies team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Lake Creek (Montgomery, TX). The Sandies record now stands at 5-0.
