Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Reed Raiders (Sparks, NV) and the host Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV), observed Reed's volleyball team top Pershing County by a count of 2-0.
The Raiders (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against Spring Creek (Spring Creek, NV). The Spartans go into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.
The Mustangs now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fernley for a non-league battle on Friday, August 15.
