Texas High School Volleyball - Sharyland over Rio Grande City

In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Sharyland Rattlers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Rio Grande City Rattlers.

The Rattlers (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Rowe (McAllen, TX). The Warriors come into the non-league test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Rowe gained a win over Weslaco (Weslaco, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Rattlers now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Edinburg for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 19. Rio Grande City will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Los Fresnos (Los Fresnos, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 5-4.
