In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host West Rowan Falcons soccer squad scored a close 3-2 win over the Salisbury Hornets.
The Falcons (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against North Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Black Knights go into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, North Davidson nipped East Rowan (Salisbury, NC), 6-0, in a non-league battle.
The Hornets (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against South Rowan (China Grove, NC). The Raiders go into the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, South Rowan nipped North Rowan (Spencer, NC), 8-2, in a non-league battle.
