In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Gilmer Buckeyes (Gilmer, TX) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Jefferson Bulldogs (Jefferson, TX), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Buckeyes face the Marshall Mavericks (Marshall, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, August 16. Gilmer will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record. The Mavericks go into the contest with a 6-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Mabank (Mabank, TX).
