    Milton Eagles (Milton, GA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Buford Wolves (Buford, GA), 13-10 in a non-league battle.

    With the win, Milton improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to American Heritage (Plantation, FL) to play the Patriots in a non-league battle on Friday, August 23. The Patriots go into the battle with a record of 0-0.

    The Wolves now have a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Benedictine for a non-league battle on Friday, August 23. Buford will play a Cadets team coming off a 41-17 non-league loss to Rabun Gap-Nacoochee (Rabun Gap, GA). The Cadets record now stands at 0-1.
