Tawas Area Braves (Tawas City, MI) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Gladwin Flying G's (Gladwin, MI), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Tawas Area advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Braves host Roscommon (Roscommon, MI) to clash with the Bucks in a non-league test on Thursday, August 22. The Bucks come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Flying G's now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shepherd for a non-league test on Monday, August 19.
