The Beavers (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Nixon-Smiley (Nixon, TX). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Nixon-Smiley was tipped by Goliad (Goliad, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Badgers meet the Incarnate Word Academy Angels (Corpus Christi, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 20. Bishop will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Angels enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Goliad (Goliad, TX).
