Texas High School Volleyball - V.R. Eaton over Lamar

In Friday's non-league challenge, the host V.R. Eaton Eagles volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Lamar Vikings.

The Eagles (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Anderson (Austin, TX). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Anderson beat Lamar (Arlington, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Vikings meet the Gatesville Hornets (Gatesville, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 17. Lamar will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 2-1 non-league win over McCallum (Austin, TX).
