The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the La Sierra Eagles (Riverside, CA) and the host California Military Institute Rough Riders (Perris, CA), witnessed La Sierra's flag football squad topple California Military Institute by a count of 23-6.

The Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Hillcrest (Riverside, CA). The Trojans enter the non-league battle with a 0-4 record. In their last battle, Hillcrest was topped by Centennial (Corona, CA), 25-18, in a non-league battle.

The Rough Riders now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School for a battle on Tuesday, August 19.
