With the triumph, Floyd Central advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Highlanders travel to Heritage Hills (Lincoln City, IN) to play the Patriots in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 21. The Patriots go into the outing with a record of 2-0. Heritage Hills won 10-0 in their recent league outing against Boonville (Boonville, IN)

Next up, the Pirates play the Jennings County Panthers (North Vernon, IN) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, August 21. Charlestown will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
