In Saturday's non-league contest, the Coronado Cougars (Henderson, NV) soccer squad overwhelmed the host South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA), by a margin of 11-0.
The Cougars now hold a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Faith Lutheran for a non-league challenge on Monday, August 18. Coronado will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Lowry (Winnemucca, NV). The Crusaders record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, South Tahoe moves to 0-1 on the year. The Vikings travel to Elko (Elko, NV) to encounter the Indians in a non-league challenge on Friday, August 22.
