In Saturday's non-league test, the Drumright Tornadoes (Drumright, OK) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Perkins-Tryon Demons (Perkins, OK), by a count of 6-0.
Next, the Tornadoes meet the Strother Yellowjackets (Seminole, OK) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, August 19. Drumright will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the test with a 3-1 record after their 7-2 league loss to Macomb (Macomb, OK).
The Demons (0-6) will now prepare for their outing against Harrah (Harrah, OK). The Panthers come into the 4A District 4 outing with a 4-2 record. In their last outing, Harrah got by Walters (Walters, OK), 4-1, in a non-league outing.
