The Tift County Blue Devils (Tifton, GA) softball the host Lee County Trojans (Leesburg, GA), 6-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Blue Devils (3-1) will now prepare for their bout against Lanier County (Lakeland, GA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 3-0 record. In their last bout, Lanier County tipped Charlton County (Folkston, GA), 10-5, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Lanier County Bulldogs (Lakeland, GA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 16. Lee County will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 3-0 record after their 10-5 league win over Charlton County (Folkston, GA).
