West Laurens Raiders (Dexter, GA) fans exited the stadium satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their softball team run past the host Toombs County Bulldogs (Lyons, GA), 14-0 in a non-league match.

The Raiders (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Wheeler County (Alamo, GA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Wheeler County notched a victory over Montgomery County (Mt. Vernon, GA), 15-0, in a league match.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Wheeler County Bulldogs (Alamo, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 16. Toombs County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 15-0 league win over Montgomery County (Mt. Vernon, GA).
