The Anna Rockets prevailed the host Covington Buccs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Rockets confront the Versailles Tigers (Versailles, OH) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, August 19. Anna will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 1-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Russia (Russia, OH).

With the loss, Covington drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Buccs host Brookville (Brookville, OH) to clash with the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 19. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
