Texas High School Volleyball - Nixon Aubrey

The Aubrey Chaparrals topped the host Nixon Mustangs volleyball squad by a tally of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Chaparrals now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Needville for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 16. Aubrey will play a Bluejays team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Victoria East (Victoria, TX). The Bluejays record now stands at 6-1.

With the loss, Nixon drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Canton (Canton, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Saturday, August 16. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 5-2. Canton lost 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Wimberley (Wimberley, TX)
