North Carolina High School Volleyball - Ayden - Grifton over Reagan

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Ayden - Grifton Chargers (Ayden, NC) and the visiting Reagan Raiders (Pfafftown, NC), saw Ayden - Grifton's volleyball squad achieve victory over Reagan by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Ayden - Grifton improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Chargers travel to Cleveland (Clayton, NC) to face the Rams in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 19. The Rams go into the test with a record of 2-0. Cleveland won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC)

The Raiders now own a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Grimsley for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 19. Reagan will meet a Whirlies team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Cedar Ridge (Hillsborough, NC). The Whirlies record now stands at 4-2.
