Texas High School Volleyball - Marcus tips Burleson

The Marcus Marauders (Flower Mound, TX) volleyball held off the host Burleson Elks (Burleson, TX), 3-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Marauders now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Plano for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 19. Marcus will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Eastlake (El Paso, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-1.

With the loss, Burleson drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Elks host Blum (Blum, TX) to battle the Bobcats in a non-league match on Tuesday, August 19. The Bobcats enter the match with a record of 3-3. Blum lost 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Caldwell (Caldwell, TX)
