The Uwharrie Charter Academy Eagles volleyball squad (Asheboro, NC), dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC)

With the win, Carson improves its record to 4-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC) to encounter the Mountaineers in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 16. The Mountaineers go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Kings Mountain won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Highland Tech (Gastonia, NC)

The Eagles now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Iredell for a non-league contest on Saturday, August 16. Uwharrie Charter Academy will meet a Vikings team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.
