The Patriots go into the game with a 5-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Lutheran South Academy (Houston, TX).

The Lions (0-8) will now prepare for their game against Waller (Waller, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 7-3 record. In their last game, Waller gained a win over Hays (Buda, TX), 2-0, in a non-league game.
