North Carolina High School Volleyball - Wren over Cuthbertson

The Wren Hurricanes (Piedmont, SC) volleyball overcame the host Cuthbertson Cavaliers (Waxhaw, NC), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league contest.

The Hurricanes (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC). The Mountaineers enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Kings Mountain notched a victory over Highland Tech (Gastonia, NC), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Cavaliers battle the Hopewell Titans (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Monday, August 18. Cuthbertson will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Titans enter the contest with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Cox Mill (Concord, NC).
