The East Central Hornets edged the host TMI-Episcopal Panthers volleyball squad by a margin of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Hornets now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Jay for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 16. East Central will play a Mustangs team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over South San Antonio (San Antonio, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-0.
With the loss, TMI-Episcopal drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Cole (San Antonio, TX) to confront the Cougars in a non-league game on Saturday, August 16. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 1-1. Cole won 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Fox Tech (San Antonio, TX)
