Texas High School Volleyball - Summer Creek tips Floresville

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Summer Creek Bulldogs volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Floresville Tigers/Jaguars.

The Bulldogs (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Westlake (Austin, TX). The Chaparrals go into the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Westlake nudged Forney (Forney, TX), 2-1, in a non-league test.

The Tigers/Jaguars now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Poth for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 19. Floresville will play a Pirates team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Falls City (Falls City, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 2-1.
