Hallsville Bobcats (Hallsville, TX) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Wills Point Tigers (Wills Point, TX), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Bobcats (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Carthage (Carthage, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Carthage beat Coram Deo Academy (Flower Mound, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers play the The Colony Cougars (The Colony, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 16. Wills Point will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Montwood (El Paso, TX).
