Hawaii High School Volleyball - Liberty tips Punahou

In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Liberty Patriots volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Punahou Buff n' Blue.

Next up, the Patriots face the Chadwick Dolphins (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, August 16. Liberty will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Dolphins go into the game with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Corona del Mar (Newport Beach, CA).

The Buff n' Blue (5-2) will now prepare for their outing against 'Iolani (Honolulu, HI). The Raiders come into the Interscholastic League outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, 'Iolani was nudged by Byron Nelson (Trophy Club, TX), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
