The Pirates now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Frenship for a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 19. Lubbock-Cooper will play a Tigers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Wylie (Abilene, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 4-3.

The Lobos (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Cedar Hill (Cedar Hill, TX). The Longhorns enter the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Cedar Hill gained a win over Connally (Waco, TX), 2-1, in a non-league game.
