In Saturday's non-league match, the McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV) volleyball squad overcame the host North Tahoe Lakers (Tahoe City, CA), by a count of 2-0.
In their next game, the Lancers encounter the Damonte Ranch Mustangs (Reno, NV) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 16. McQueen will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record.
The Lakers now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oasis Academy for a 2A Northern battle on Friday, August 29.
