Indiana High School Volleyball - Union County edged by Milan

Milan Indians (Milan, IN) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Indians (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against South Dearborn (Aurora, IN). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, South Dearborn got by Southwestern (Hanover, IN), 3-1, in a non-league test.

The Patriots now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shenandoah for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 19. Union County will face a Raiders squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Winchester Community (Winchester, IN). The Raiders record now stands at 0-1.
