The Paris Wildcats were victorious over the host Mt. Pleasant Tigers volleyball team by a margin of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Wildcats now possess a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Greenville for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 16. Paris will play a Lions team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over North Lamar (Paris, TX). The Lions record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Mt. Pleasant falls to 2-4 on the year. The Tigers travel to Sulphur Bluff (Sulphur Bluff, TX) to confront the Bears in a non-league game on Saturday, August 16. The Bears enter the game with a record of 2-1. Sulphur Bluff won 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Mabank (Mabank, TX)
