Texas High School Volleyball - Naaman Forest can't get by Wills Point

August 16, 2025: Garland, TX 75040

Wills Point Tigers (Wills Point, TX) boosters left the game pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host Naaman Forest Rangers (Garland, TX), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Hallsville (Hallsville, TX). The Bobcats come into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Hallsville was nudged by Independence (Frisco, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Rangers face the Garland Owls (Garland, TX) in a 6A Region II District 9 test, on Tuesday, August 19. Naaman Forest will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Owls go into the test with a 0-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Johnson (Buda, TX).
