Veterans Warhawks (Kathleen, GA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Peach County Trojans (Fort Valley, GA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Veterans upgrades its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Warhawks travel to Northside (Warner Robins, GA) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 16. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Northside lost 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Rutland (Macon, GA)

Next, the Trojans play the Mary Persons Bulldogs (Forsyth, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 19. Peach County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Crisp County (Cordele, GA).
