The Wink Wildcats volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Water Valley Wildcats to 1 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now have a 7-0 record. They play next when they travel to Seminole for a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 19. Wink will play a Indians team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Plainview (Plainview, TX). The Indians record now stands at 1-0.
The Wildcats (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Abilene Christian (Abilene, TX). The Panthers go into the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Abilene Christian was edged by Shallowater (Shallowater, TX), 2-0, in a non-league game.
