North Carolina High School Volleyball - Queen's Grant overwhelmed by Union Academy

In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Union Academy Cardinals volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Queen's Grant Stallions.

The Cardinals (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Parkwood (Monroe, NC). The Wolf Pack come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Parkwood lost by Piedmont (Monroe, NC), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Stallions encounter the Mountain Island Day Community Charter Mariners (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, August 18. Queen's Grant will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Mariners come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Lee Park Prep (Monroe, NC).
