Next, the Trojans face the Shelbyville Golden Bears (Shelbyville, IN) in a Hoosier Heritage challenge, on Saturday, August 20. New Castle will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Golden Bears enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Franklin Community (Franklin, IN).

The Patriots now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greensburg for a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 20. Union County will face a Pirates team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Rising Sun (Rising Sun, IN). The Pirates record now stands at 2-0.
