In Wednesday's non-league battle, the visiting Manteo Redskins soccer squad scored a close 2-0 win over the Greene Central Rams.

The Redskins (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Catholic (Virginia Beach, VA). The Crusaders go into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.

The Rams (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Spring Creek (Seven Springs, NC). The Gators go into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Spring Creek nipped Smithfield-Selma (Smithfield, NC), 4-2, in a non-league battle.
